The Aero X7 is a highly technical range of top feeder rods which combine some of the very latest carbon technology with precise custom designed actions. Perfect for serious match anglers who are looking for maximum performance, the range covers all feeder fishing requirements.
Whether you are competing at the very highest level of competition fishing, or just challenging yourself at your local water, using the Aero X7 ensures you maximise your performance and enhance your enjoyment. Designed with complete spliced tip quivertip top sections, you’ll be astounded at the perfect action, which works superbly when playing fish. Available in three different options (Finesse, Precision and Distance), the Aero X7 will cover all of your feeder fishing requirements from short range light line fishing up to ultra long range large still water or river fishing.
Aero X7 is a brilliant range of rods that has already been responsible for major competition wins throughout Europe.
At the heart of each Aero X7 blank is a mixture of the finest High Modulus Carbon, HPC (High Pressure Carbon) technology and Nanosheet. This results in a range of super lightweight, slim, strong rods, with ultra responsive actions. Within the range you will find a 9’ (2.74m) Finesse model for close and medium range fishing with light lines and small hooks, although it also makes a great winter bomb rod for match carp fishing. This super slim beauty has has an elastic-type parabolic action. There are two lengths of the Precision model, 10’ (3.05m) and 11’ (3.35m). These have a progressive action and are versatile enough to use for all medium range feeder fishing. The highly specialised fast action long casting Distance Feeder comes in three versions. A 12’ (3.66m) 90g, a 13’ (3.96m) 100g and a hugely powerful 13’ 3.96M) Distance Power.
All models feature a high-end Fuji VVS reel seat mounted onto a cork/EVA handle that reinforces the quality of design and manufacture. Lightweight Fuji KR guides are used on the Finesse and Precision models whilst the Distance Feeder benefits from anti-tangle Kigan 3D Zirconia guides. All models feature 3 complete built-in quivertip top sections for a seamless action.
Nick Speed: Within the Aero X7 range which consists of 6 feeder rods, there is literally a rod to suit every discipline of feeder fishing, and without doubt all the rods within this range, play a key role in my success on the match scene.
From short/medium range commercial feeder work using the Aero X7 9ft/10ft, to tackling wild natural waters with the longer distance/power rods in the range Aero x7 11ft/12ft/13ft 100g/120g there is something so unique about all these rods. In my opinion this stems from the attention to detail in many areas during the development process of these rods which includes the super refined spliced in quiver tips, which massively helps with rod balance/recovery, accuracy and bite detection.
For example the Aero X7 10ft, is my favourite rod within the range, simply because it’s such a versatile rod for short and medium distances on both commercials and natural venues.
Regardless whether I’m tackling a net full of roach and skimmers using braid and a conventional feeder set up, reading delicate bites from silvers on the light quiver tip, to fishing a commercial using a small or a medium method feeder targeting match carp up to 20lb, the Aero X7 10ft gives me all the attributes I look for in a rod.
