This lure came to Poland from the USA and became popular among anglers in 1970’s in Upper Silesia region.
Rooster GEORGE derived from the classic American and Polish lure designs and a long-time experience of one of the MANYFIK owners – Paweł.
GEORGE roosters are made of selected feathers of the Indian cock capes, both in natural and artificial colours. What makes them special on the Polish market is the quality and the quantity of the feathers used. Our rooster is made from 8 to 12 feathers, whose length is 9-14 cm depending on the weight of the lure (the heavier the lure is the longer the feathers are). The beads used are made manually and have an eyelet at 45° angle and high quality treble hook. Solid and high quality materials used, make our roosters one of the best in their price range.
This lure has become an indispensable accessory of the zander anglers/ hunters, but it is also an efficient pike and perch lure, becoming one of the most popular lures of every angler. GEORGE roosters are available in various weights and colours.
