Feeder Braid is a braid made of HMPE and Gore Performance fibres. Thanks to the density of Gore Performance fibres, which are twice as heavy as HMPE fibres, the braid sinks quickly. The resistance to abrasion of the Gore Performance fibre prevents Feeder Braid from tearing at catches. HMPE fibres have a huge linear strength, which allows the use of small diameters. It does not stretch, which means the bites are more noticeable. The tight weave has a round cross-section and increases the casting distance.
